I just now realized I haven't really posted in a while. I guess since our camera isn't working and I haven't been taking any pictures it has slipped my mind. Of course the slipping of the mind is easy here lately... A couple days ago, I went into the gas station to get some icee's and the lady at the counter said "Oh I thought you were 21, until I saw the grey hairs!" Doh! Thanks for rubbing it in lady! Ha ha.
Anyhow, Lucas got his 4 month check up this morning. He is now 25 3/4 in height (75-90%), 17 lbs (90-95%) and his head measures 17 inches (75%). I know we got big headed children! Everything is good with him and growing normally. He now gets to start solid foods! I can't wait to see what he is going to do with that. His gums are totally swollen as he's trying to cut some teeth. Which is early for most kids, but seeing how Zachary had 4 teeth at 4 months it's not that big of a shock. He is talking up a storm and just a dang good baby.
Zachary is....Zachary. Defiant as ever some days and other days just a dream. He is definitely looking forward to his 4th birthday party. He has a never ending list of the things he wants. You name it, he wants it. He's been talking about going to school a lot, but it won't be until fall of 2010. I heard though that I might be able to get him into Pre-K this year only because he will be a young 5 when he starts and they want to give him a head start. I mean literally he will turn 5 (August 23rd) the day before school starts (August 24th). So I'm going to start looking into that and maybe we will get lucky. Cross our fingers &&.
Well I hope to have our camera fixed soon and I'll probably post like a mad woman..ha ha. Love you all.
